Positive: A great location of the hotel, near by to the train station, restaurants and shops. We liked the decoration in our big room. Having a coffee machine in our room is a great thing indeed. Also the free water bottle to fill-in next to the reception is very useful. A room with a balcony is always nice. The employees were very helpful and friendly, especially the man who worked in the afternoon/evening.

Negative: As a 4 stars hotel, there should be a collection of "small" toilet articles, like body lotion, soap etc. The refrigerator is hardly to be found and is empty... it's a 4 stars hotel though. There's no real chairs to seat... at least 2 chairs as our room is a family room. The wardrobe isn't well cleaned, it was a little bit dusty. I saw a "mini" pool outside, a bigger pool to swim would be better for a 4 stars hotel.
