Positive: Super helpful and friendly staff, before and during stay. Room was perfect size, bed very comfortable and shower super hot if needed. Location ideal - far enough out of centre for ease of nearby parking and close enough for a 5 minute walk into centre. Hotel offer good discounted parking at nearby Plaza Amarica just 2 or 3 minutes walk from hotel.
