The exteriors are very nice, it has garden areas with artificial grass, a swimming pool of 7 x 3 m with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 m, a pool table, a fully equipped porch, and a barbecue for those who love cooking.
The house of 55 m2 distributed in one floor, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available. There is a bathroom with shower that serves the whole house. The living room-kitchen-dining room, all in the same space, is very cosy, has a sofa, TV-Sat, and a table with chairs. The kitchen, in the same space and vitro, has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And the property works with solar energy.
Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana mountains. It is only a few km from Inca, a small town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, handicraft products, banks, chemists, hospital, sports centre, etc. Every Thursday, in Inca, there is a big street market in the centre of the town where you can find textiles, fruit, vegetables, handmade sausages, ceramics, etc. In only 30 minutes by car, you will reach "Ses Casetes dels Capellans" and "Ca'n Picafort". Enjoy a day at the beach, eat in a beach restaurant, watch the sunset, or simply stroll along the promenade of Can Picafort until you reach the port where you will find a variety of boats. Nearby are also the areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença.
