This old, original farmhouse can accommodate 10 people. Located on the outskirts in a small hamlet of farmhouses, it offers refuge for those who want to escape the loud apres ski.
The bus stops in the ski areas Oetz (7 km) and Sölden (24 km) are only 30 meters from the house. Also Kühtai and Hochgurgel are so accessible.
The 2 double rooms with extra wide beds, a bunk bed room and a 4 bed room makes it an ideal accommodation for 2 families. Children are very welcome, but the house is not suitable for toddlers (rough wooden floors with risk of splitting, unsecured stairs). The bedrooms can be heated with electric ovens, as well as the bathrooms. Two 200 l hot water boiler supply the bathrooms, the kitchen has its own no boiler. Kitchen and parlors are heated with wood. The wood stove in the kitchen is also suitable for cooking and a pleasant addition to the modern ceramic hob. A large dining table in the kitchen can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
