Summary: I did see on reviews that the outside was unusual, however it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I stayed for 1 night with my 2 children on my own, and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe in the area. It was in the middle of an industrial estate, and appeared to be in some sort of hanger. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was exactly as pictured, and was lovely and clean. However there were alarms going off all night, and an alarm in the hotel went off at 7am and lasted 30 minutes, so unfortunately had a very bad nights sleep. Good connection into San Sebastián, but I wouldn’t return.
