Our small house of 45m², will be suitable for 4 people.
Completely redecorated, it offers a living room open onto an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with dressing room (1 bed 160 and 2x 90), 1 shower room and a WC.
Adjoining another property, but separated for complete privacy by large old wooden panels, it fits into a calm and relaxing setting.
The sheltered terrace offers a dining and rest area.
Reserved parking space.
You can enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
