Summary: Check-in smooth and fast. Accessible room provided upon request. Very clean and comfortable room. A good breakfast. Minor negatives - TV remote not working- a battery?; AC off due to “ low temperatures “, however ventilation on plus open window. Very convenient for overnight when traveling through/around Graz.
