Positive: I loved this place but it does require the added expense of paying for a rental car. The kitchen was very well stocked and the space was really nice. Love to be by the animals although it did smell if the windows were left open to let the place cool down at night. It wasn't a horrible smell or anything, but there were issues with those who have certain allergies. Fans would have been helpful since it got a bit hot in the bedrooms at night. It was a beautiful location though and very nice to be able to walk around the property!

Negative: It cost extra to get bedding. Since the place itself was quite expensive, this added fee was a surprise when it was first mentioned [it was mentioned shortly after booking though - not a last minute surprise by any means]. It just seems like it should be included. We stayed in many apartments and nobody else had an added fee for bedding. Also a guess was made by the hosts as to where people would stay since we weren't using every bed and ordered bedding for a set number of people. But we did not have the correct bedding. A bunch of adults who are not couples are not going to share a bed if it is not necessary. So two of us slept without bedding in spite of paying for it. Instructions for check-in were also lacking...like where to go once on the compound. The check-in window was very small so some instructions for what to do if arriving outside that window would have alleviated unnecessary stress by a number of members of our group. The Wifi was too weak to work to open a website most of the time.
