With us you are the only guests. You live in a largely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the Karwendel.

In winter there is a free ski course for children from 4 to 12 years on 7 nights.
There is also a free ski course for guests aged 50 and over in certain weeks in January and March. So far, all guests have learned to ski with our funny ski instructors and have gained a lot of joy.
You can walk to the slopes from our apartment. The free ski courses only take place if the snow is right. There is a snow-making system at the Hoferlift.
In summer there is an exciting children's program from the Tirol Family Nest
with climbing and nature experiences.
