The successful renovation was awarded a special prize as part of the 2016 Swabia Monument Award. On three levels, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separated and bedrooms, a bright living and work space are accommodated. The living room on the 2nd floor can be equipped with another sleeping area if required. On the outside, an elaborately decorated facade impresses, on the inside the simple but elegant fittings and planks in natural spruce dominate. The house is fully equipped, has a modern kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Mindelheim is located in the Allgäu and is conveniently located on the A 96. From here you can reach the royal palaces in Füssen, the mountains of the Allgäu Alps, but also the historically important cities of Ulm, Augsburg and Munich with an hour's drive.
