This lovely rural villa set between Sencelles and costix near to Inca. Lovely quiet location ideal for relaxing, with all amenities in the nearby villages. The swimming pool is 10.30m x 5msq with depths of 2.10 - 1.10 entry via two ladders. There are sun beds and umbrellas available by the side of the pool. There are also lots of places with natural shade within the grounds of the villa. Outside dining and BBQ area. With patio doors leading to the kitchen area. There are 2 hidden picnic tables and chairs in the garden .
As you enter the property you arrive in the lounge area with a sofa bed, chairs with A/C and Satellite tv, wi fi and a log fire for those cooler months this then leads to the fully furnished kitchen with dining facilities and patio doors leading to the outside dining area.
