The apartment is located a few walking minutes away from the centre of Graz. The river Mur and the palace are around the corner. If you walk out of the apartment around the next corner you will find a Spar, the nearest supermarket. Except for that there are 2 more supermarkets and some other shops in the near area. Many restaurants and cafes are right around the apartment too.
There are multiple cafes and bakeries around the apartment, which are perfect for a nice cup of coffee and a great breakfast. We would recommend the Chez Emile, just down the street or Mehlspeisenfräulein, around the corner or Die Amsel, also just a few meters away from the building. Except for that we can recommend the Restaurant Akropolis for a authentic Greek meal or the Gösser Stüberl for a cool beer and an Austrian dinner/lunch. In the case of you being in the inner city of Graz and getting hungry and craving an Asian meal you could go to the Mau Shi restaurant or the Sägewerk for a delicious burger.
The apartment is located at Wartingergasse 12. This is a small street in Graz, just a few minutes’ walk away from the city centre. The tram stop ‘Keplergasse’ is the closest public transportation option, but to get to centre we would recommend walking, as you will pass by many shops and will get to experience the city even more. The apartment is in a very nice location as it is close to the centre and surrounded by supermarkets, shops and small boutiques and restaurants.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
