Bursting with character in every way, our Lake Hayes shoreline home has so much to offer. Set on a secluded and private parcel of land by the shores of Lake Hayes. With expansive and well kept gardens including an orchard, outside entertaining areas and sun loungers so you can sit back with a glass of wine and take in the awe inspiring views on offer.
As we move into the property the delights fail to cease, brimming with character inside and out, the artwork and photography scattered around the home only add to the personality this house already exudes. With an open wood fire, lounge area, seperate sitting areas and spacious bedrooms you're sure to fall in love with everything on offer.
Our home is as suitable for families as it is for a group of friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil weekend here in the Wakatipu basin.
There is also a Pinball machine, BBQ and trampoline the children are free to use.
3 large and comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a variety of modern appliances and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience.
Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
We prep the house before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment.
During your stay the house will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. You will also be able to enjoy our complimentary gift basket full of local and regional produce to get you started and refresh you from your travels. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 15 minute drive away from the house.
