This lovely home features two terraces, both with stunning sea views. The ground floor terrace is furnished with a table and chairs to have wonderful dinners outside. The upper terrace invites you to bask in the sun on two loungers, while contemplating the Mediterranean. This terraced house has direct neighbours. A bright sitting-dining room is nice for family-evenings, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a gas hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There's one bedroom with double bed and shower bath en-suite, as well as a second bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. Furthermore, the lower level offers a shower bathroom.
