The house is ideally located to the local village of Guadiaro and the neighbouring village of Peublo Nuevo, all are within walking distance.
It is very near to Sotogrande for all beach and sea activities, tennis & golf. There is a beautiful harbour and a vast variety of restaurants with International and local cuisine specialities.
Sotogrande is a must for any Polo lover where Polo Tournaments are played frequently and some of the best players in the world compete!
It also has 7 golf courses including Valderama for world class golf within 10 minutes drive! Local course is Cânada Almenara.
Easy Access to N340 takes you to Gibralter in 15 minutes, Algeciras in 20 minutes, Tarifa 40 minutes, Marbella 30 minutes and Malaga 60 minutes. Sierra Nevada in Grenada is 2 1/2 hours away & offers superb skiing. The beautiful Seville a is must, is 2 hours away & Jerez is 1 hour away.
There are many beaches stretching along the coast to Tarifa ( a must for surfers & kite surfers) and beyond.
