* Upstairs there is one master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom.
* The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed with private bathroom and closet.

* There are two bedrooms in the basement as well, which share a bathroom. One basement bedroom has a king and one has a queen aerobed on a bed frame.

The University of Denver (DU) is nearby and offers many sporting events, theater and musical performances. Minutes to three different Light Rail stations (University, Colorado, & Yale). Museums, libraries, shopping, movies, and restaurants are nearby.
