The villa offers space for 5 people and is distributed in 2 doble bedrooms and 1 bedroom with single bed, with possibility of adding an extra bed (on request), 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub (en-suite), a living dining room with air conditioning and wood burner and a well appointed American kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge and freezer.
Outside the living area there is a covered and uncovered terrace with table and chairs and amazing views of the sea with access to the pool area by stairs invites for sunbathing, preparing a BBQ, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the orange groves to the sea. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12 and 18 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes.
