PLEASE: ONLY FULL MONTH RENTALS JANUARY - MARCH. The Villages. Great location, walking distance to Spanish Springs square with restaurants, shopping, access to pools, live entertainment 365 days a year and happy hour nightly (5-7 PM). About one hour drive to Disney World and one and a half to Daytona Beach. Beautiful 1800 square foot home with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a den that can be completely closed off with sleeper sofa for a third bedroom. Living room has a sofa bed as well and can sleep up to 6 people. Large Daylight kitchen with outdoor patio and screened in sun room. Vaulted ceilings through out house. Washer and dryer in garage. Large corner lot in a beautiful neighborhood. Complimentary 2017 gas golf cart included. ($145 weekly savings) NO SMOKING and NO PETS PLEASE.
