Welcome to this stylish and very comfortable resort villa in tranquil Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort, Murcia, which has been voted as one of the best golf resorts in Southern Spain. It has the wonderful advantage of only been 15 minutes from Murcia International airport in Corvera.
This amazing property is beautifully decorated and features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - 1 * double with ensuite and 2 rooms with twin beds. The villa has a large garden both back and front with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area offers endless summer evenings of dining out.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including an integrated dishwasher, oven, grill, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. However why cook in the kitchen when you can use the large garden kitchen BBQ. The pool is beautiful and accessed through a gate in the garden, the pool is communal and shared with just a handful of villas, which are not occupied all the time therefore the pool is generally very quiet.
A small village within the resort called the "Spanish village" hosts a number of restaurants (Manolo's, Fairways, Pams), bars (Amzonians, Leos, Harveys), hair salon and mini-supermarket which are all just a short walk away from the villa. The Ona Hotel within the resort also offers a magnificent pool for use "for free" and also more bars and restaurants.
The resort also offers the following facilities in walking distance from the villa:
Golf Club House (with a beautiful bar & terrace for dining overlooking the golf course and the mountains). There is a Pro Golf shop where you can also book sessions for the Golf Academy.
The Golf Course was designed by Dave Thomas, its 18 holes are laid out over 92 hectares of land, culminating in a total of 5 hours of course play. The Driving Range, Chipping Green & putting green are just a few minutes walk away. You can get coaching lessons and relax afterwards in another bar located at the range itself.
Guests are provided with bed linen, pool towels, bathroom towels, smart TV, free wifi and allocated parking. Enjoy free air conditioning for your stay for night time use & general moderate use. We operate a sustainability policy therefore full time day and night air condition can be purchased via a pay as you go meter. It is recommended to hire a car for your stay as the resort is large, the small town of Fuente Alamo is nearby (5 mins by car) with shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants etc. Beaches are about 25min away by car.
