This modern Canarian style villa, which has superb views of volcanoes, mountains and two iconic windmills is situated between the historic town of La Oliva and the smart village of Villaverde,. Although in a semi rural location where farmers attempt to cultivate the barren land ,goats appear to graze on fresh air and Agave plants are left to their own devices there are 2 excellent restaurants and a super market all within a five minute walk.Bars,more restaurants and 2 cheese shops are within walking distance and the beaches at El Cotillo, Majanicho and Correlejo and the surfers village of Lajares are less than a 15 minute drive away. This area is ideal for cycling and walking and the second stage of the national walking route GR 131 almost passes the door.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a first floor studio with roof terrace and sitting and dining areas both inside and out.
Adjacent to the villa is a self contained one bedroom apartment which is fully equipped. This is available at an additional cost and provides accommodation for up to 4 more guests but is not let separately. This accommodation is ideal for grandparents accompanying their families or group leaders who require some privacy.
The villa is set within a large secure garden where there are fruit trees ,a barbecue, covered seating area, terrace with sunloungers, garden dining furniture and a solar heated shower. There is a new 8m by 4m heated swimming pool at a level depth of 1.4 m. The pool has swim jets which give a jacuzzi effect for relaxing and is also ideal for serious swimming against the current. The pool can be separated from the terrace by a purpose built removable mesh safety fence which gives peace of mind when young children are staying at the villa.
