This apartment is close to the lively Mateos Gago street, right next to the Giralda and the Santa María de los Reyes Cathedral. The interior décor bears the stamp of one of our star designers, the renowned Ernesto de Ceano, who makes the most of the serene geometry and practical distribution of the home with his contemporary style, exquisite selection of furniture, and imaginative decorative solutions. The name of the apartment has not been chosen at random: Puerta del Sol, sunlight streaming in from early morning, all year round. A privilege which can best be enjoyed from either of the property’s two terraces.
The first of these terraces is accessed through the kitchen and is equipped with a table and four chairs, perfect for starting the day with an al fresco breakfast. Coffee and sunlight: bring on the day! The kitchen is designed in a flowing, contemporary style, equipped to the detail with the best white goods and appliances. A washing machine and dryer are housed within a wall cupboard.
The bright living room is at the end of the corridor, and gives access to the main terrace. This is literally the “Puerta del Sol”, providing a way in for the light which streams into the apartment over many hours of the day. The terrace can best be enjoyed as a solarium with views to the Giralda and Seville’s picturesque skyline. Fear not, sunbathing can be indulged in out of sight of prying eyes! With outdoor furniture and a shower, nothing better than to freshen up here after a quiet siesta or a sunbathing session... and feel free to ration your exposure with the large awning provided!

The sleeping area has a large master bedroom with direct access to the solarium-terrace. It has a large built-in wardrobe, contemporary designer tables and lamps, and an en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower.
