La Veranda is a very spacious three bedroomed traditional Canarian Finca.It used to be the village bakery and has been extended and restored while keeping many original features.La Veranda is centrally situated in the village of Guime.
The living accommodation comprises of a large farmhouse style kitchen and spacious lounge situated on the first floor. The lounge leads out on to the veranda where there is a further secluded dining area.
The master bedroom with en-suite and a double room and twin room share a character bathroom are all on the ground floor and lead directly on to the pool area. The bedrooms do not have internal access.
The electrically heated pool and terraced area is surrounded by a high wall which offers a high degree of privacy.
Parking for two cars immediately to the side of the villa .
Internet based TV and wi fi .
Whilst we always recommend car hire there is a regular bus service running through the village .A good taxi service is just a phone call away.
There is a small supermarket in the village selling most everyday provisions and there is also a Bodega.
The rate of £675 is for two people for one week with a £100 per person per week supplement for 3-6 people .
Please note that we keep the same rate throughout the year.
If staying for more than one week and would like the villa to be cleaned you can arrange this with our Manager based on an hourly rate and pay her directly.
