The house is located in the municipality of Haria (Máguez with 600 inhabitants) in the north of the island, the less crowded tourist area .It is a rural setting and has 5 of the most important tourist centers of the island (Garden cactus, Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Río and César Manrique House Museum), designed by the artist himself.
The house, for its location, enjoys extraordinary views of the Atalaya in the south, in the decline of the countryside, the coast, the east side and if we look north we see the magnificent volcano of La Corona.
In Máguez you can find two food shops, three bars and the post office.
There are several hiking trails that leave this area, for those who like to walk and walk to know the environment. And if we beach in 8 minutes drive, we arrived at La Garita Arrieta and other coastal areas, where the Atlantic waters sparkle and invite us to the bathroom for cleanliness and usually good tides.
A 12 km is the dock from where to start Órzola, daily boats to the island of La Graciosa.
The house dates from 1900, built in stone, renovated in 2000 with an area of 172 square meters (including garden). It can accommodate 4 people as it has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 floors, the first is the living room with wood stove, bathroom and kitchen and the garden has about 100 meters with a Laurel a Drago a ficus benjamina and other plants. And in the second there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds of 90 cm. , Which you will always be put together if you want. Besides the rooms, there is a wide-oriented and very sheltered from the wind south, with beautiful views and lets you be very happy to do whatever the weather deck.
We are happy to provide information about what to see, where to eat, better schedules etc. Our house is very close to what may arise and we would like if everything is grade I tell others and if there is any defect tell us.
