Recently refurbished 3 bedroom detached villa with large new private heated pool in the perfect location, very close to the clubhouse and the centre of Mar Menor Golf Resort. There are two new fitted bathrooms, new fitted kitchen, all the furniture and décor is new and modern. There is a wii with lots of games, a SMART TV, Wifi and variety of family board games for everyone to enjoy. We also have foldable sunbeds for the nearby beaches, beach games, two childrens stunt scooters and golf clubs for your enjoyment. There are various pool toys including two basketball nets. We also have a new outdoor table tennis for your use.
There is A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms, there are silent, remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms for the warm months and full central heating for cooler months.
All linen, towels and large beach towels are provided.
The pool is larger than average with the option to heat for an additional weekly charge in the cooler months.
We have a lovely terrace with a garden sofa set on the 1st floor with views of the golf course, 4 sunbeds by the pool and two extremely comfortable hanging basket chairs to enjoy the morning sun. There is a large covered terrace with table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy al fresco dining.
The new fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, microwave, juicer and all the things you would have in your own kitchen at home. There is a dining table indoors for cooler months.
There are two hairdryers, travel adaptors and a triple USB charger.
The resort is built on a well maintained, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with many other fantastic golf courses within a short drive.
If you are not a golfer there are tennis courts and paddle courts within the resort and fantastic beaches a short drive away.
There is a well stocked supermarket on the resort which you can walk to from the villa in under 2 mins or the nearest town of Torre Pacheco is less than 5 mins drive. The fantastic and popular town of Los Alcazares is less than 10 mins drive with a great selection of restaurants and bars, also fantastic beaches with a variety of water sports available.
Also well worth a visit is the historic port of Cartagena which is a 20 min drive. Originally an important Roman port, it is now a busy cosmopolitan town. You can take a boat tour to see the ancient maritime sights, historic fort and hilltop castles, amble around the town taking in its numerous cultural and historic landmarks – or just head to the shops: Cartagena offers a selection of typical Spanish shops and high street brands.
There is a great choice of restaurants on the resort and on the Boulevard directly outside.
Additional charges are cleaning at €100 to be left at the end of the stay and pool heating at £120 per week if required for the cooler months.
