Herzlich willkommen zum Urlaub in unseren 2 Ferienwohnungen, die im Erdgeschoß und im 2. Stock liegen. Es erwartet Sie die Garten-Wohnung mit Wintergarten und Terrasse, sowie einem Freisitz im Garten. Die Himmel + Berge Wohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf unsere Wanderberge. Sie wohnen in Reischenhart einem Ort 7 Km südlich von Rosenheim. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren direkt vom Haus. Leihräder stellen wir für unsere Gäste gerne zur Verfügung. Der Innradweg als das besondere Naturerlebnis ist unweit entfernt. Der Reischenharter Badesee ist in nur 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung (65 qm) mit Sichtdachstuhl und gemütlicher Atmosphäre durch das unbehandelte Holz befindet sich im 2. Stock, mit eigenem Eingang. Ein eigener Stellplatz für das Auto ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine große Couch mit Schlaffmöglichkeit, eine Eßecke und ein Hängestuhl lädt ein zum relaxen. Der SAT-Flachbildschirm, DVD-Player und Radio-CD-Player stehen zur Verfügung. Der Sanitärbereich ist mit Dusche, WC, Glaswaschtisch mit Schubläden, Spiegelschrank mit LED-Beleuchtung, Fön, Toilettenartikel ausgestattet. Ihre Betten sind bereits bezogen und Hand- und Geschirrtücher stehen bereit. Genießen Sie den traumhaften Bergblick vom überdachten Südost-Balkon.
