Located in the peaceful and well-maintained Faro development, the villa is just 300 meters away from breakfast cafes, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Additionally, nearby bus stops will take you to the vibrant Playa Blanca with its lively promenade and harbor, where you'll find numerous shops and entertainment options.
The villa is designed to comfortably accommodate four people. We also welcome your small pets upon request (extra fee).
The living room features a comfortable corner sofa with direct access to the large sun terrace, where you can enjoy the heated private pool and relax on sun loungers. The villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV offering international channels and English SKY SPORTS, ensuring you won't miss any exciting sports events. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from a stove and oven to a microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. As a welcome package, you'll find a selection of beverages and Dolce Gusto coffee. There's also a washing machine for your convenience. The dining area has a large table for six people, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends, and a barbecue is located just outside.
The villa boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with the master bedroom. If you're traveling with young children, we can provide a crib and a high chair upon request. Bed linens and towels are changed weekly, and every guest over 18 years old receives a bathrobe. Weekly cleaning is provided, and we offer cleaning services for longer stays.
For elderly guests and wheelchair users, Villa Sunstone is accessible and comfortable, with no steps inside the house or on the terrace and around the pool. The spacious bathroom is wheelchair-accessible.
The villa underwent renovations in 2018 and now features Coin-operated air conditioning for your comfort during the hottest months. We've also added a new jacuzzi for up to five people, included in the rental price.
Families with children will appreciate the safety of the villa, with a low wall and garden gate separating the pool area from the rest of the garden. Pet owners will find their furry friends can enjoy running and playing freely.
The private pool is heated from mid-October to the end of April and is included in the rental price during this period, along with an additional baby/children's pool. If you visit between April 16th and October 14th, you can request pool heating for an additional daily fee.
On the terrace, in front of the dining area, you're invited to enjoy stone barbecues on cozy evenings with magnificent sunsets. An exterior wall, partially with glass elements, surrounds the terrace, pool, and garden, ensuring your privacy.
Enjoy worry-free living at our villa with our advanced alarm system featuring photo detectors, ensuring your safety both indoors and in non-private outdoor spaces.
Furthermore, from the villa's garden, you'll have a stunning view of the extinct Montaña Roja volcano, which takes on a dark red hue at sunset.
