The beautiful house, the barn stands on a private plot of 1 hectare, with lots of sun, but also plenty of shade in the summer months. The house offers impressive views over olive groves and mountain slopes. There is a large kitchen with high ceilings and a staircase leading to a spacious double bedroom on the first floor. The entire room can be heated with a wood stove in the cooler months of the year. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view of the meadow behind. The kitchen has a gas hob and -oven, refrigerator, washing machine, an extensive range of cooking utensils and appealing dishes.
From the living room one can come in covered veranda through large double doors. On the veranda there is a barbecue and outdoor dining table. Also from the veranda one has wonderful views of the surrounding nature and is a perfect place to relax, dine and watch birds. The eagle owl is regularly seen and heard at night.
The Barn has a private entrance with gate and private parking. The pool is accessible via a narrow path and is outside the scope of the Barn.
