Positive: Great location in the heart of Sant Tomas, just minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. 30 minute drive from the airport. Lovely, large house, fantastic secluded pool and garden with dining/entertaining areas. Well equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. Perfect for a relaxed holiday.

Negative: Hot water a little erratic. Bedrooms (especially the impressively large master) and all the bathrooms absolutely fine but could benefit from some refurnishing and upgrading at some point to make this a truly luxury end of the market holiday rental. A modest supply of extra bin bags, toilet rolls and handwash/soaps would be appreciated. These are minor quibbles though and we had a fabulous week.

Summary: Very relaxed stay in a generous villa with a fantastic pool and garden.
