The beautiful and spacious villa is located on a quiet street in Corralejo, a stone's throw from the lively Campanario shopping center and a short walk from Corralejo town center. The nearest beach is only a 5-7 minute walk away. The beautiful beaches of the east coast and the only desert in Europe are 5 km away.
The villa offers modern and cozy living on 3 floors with kitchen, covered dining area outdoors, roof terrace, large outdoor area with private fresh water pool and 3 modern bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. There is also a group bedroom with bunk beds for 6 people.
The house distribution is as follows:
On the top floor there is a double bed with balcony and bathroom as well as a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
The ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, the main living area with a comfortable couch, access to the outside area with a large dining table and access to the private pool. The pool is protected from the wind and offers a shaded area and sun loungers.
The lower floor has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a dormitory with bunk beds (6 people) and a bathroom.
All beds are equipped with new and comfortable mattresses. Fabrics with 100% cotton are used for the bed linen. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The living room is equipped with free WiFi and Spanish TV. The kitchen has a stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and a large fridge with freezer.
