Very neat and light flooded villa in peaceful location with views of the mountains and the green valley, sunny all year through, at 10 - 15 minutes from the beaches and the village of Pego.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other one with 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, 1 full bath room, 1 sep. toilet, a beautiful lounge with dining area and fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. As well from the living room as from outside you can access the large, partially roofed terrace with most beautiful views, a great private pool and outdoor shower as well as a BBQ area.
The villa is equipped with Sat-TV, air conditioning in both bed rooms, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher. On the large, fenced plot there can be parked up to 2 vehicles.

The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Monte Pego is situated half way between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
