Positive: Gloria was very helpful, she was fixing all the problems and was open for all the questions we have had. The garden and the backyard very nice to look at, but not really useful.

Negative: The garden and outside sitting area are very pleasant to look at, but not really useful. The grass ( artificial plastic) area is used by cats, there are so many stray cats on the property, that they are using every single pillow and chair to sleep on and the artificial grass is used as the litter box. We couldn’t cook or eat outside at all, since there were 7 cats sitting and looking at us all the time. The kitchen is not made for the family cooking, not enough storage, there is one lower cabinet that holds all the plates and all the glasses, not very convenient. Not enough working surfaces, no sharp knives , broken utensils. One electrical plug for microwave and for the toaster, so you have to unplug it all the time. The dishwasher is barely alive, as well as the refrigerator, which was freezing all the food on one side and not cooling on the other. The location is not very good, you are constantly driving to the beach and the city ( about 8-10 minutes) , the is nothing available in the walking distance, so the whole family has to be on the same schedule all the time. Swimming pool is nice and clean, but small. Good for the young kids.
