Positive: Price was great, also very spacious. Had everything we needed including parking which was a big plus. Outdoor grill, seating, couple patios. Grocery stores within 2 min walk.

Negative: Only two AC units, one in living room and one in only one of the bedrooms.

Summary: Great spot for family and friends.
