It is located in the village of Petit Piquey at the Pointe aux Chevaux, 300m from the beaches of the basin and 10 minutes from the ocean beaches. It is also close to all shops, restaurants, horse-riding center and golf course. The villa has been completely renovated with a very contemporary decoration.

The house is surrounded by a large enclosed garden of 1000 m2 naturally sported by pines, mimosas, arbutus and yuccas. It consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom (bathtub and shower), a separate W. C a large living room and a dining room with an American kitchen Poggenpohl as well as a large terrace facing south east.
The master bedroom has a bed of 160 X 200 and the large children's room has 4 beds in 90 X 200 including two bunk beds.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and 'a toaster.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
On the largest of the terraces you can enjoy a garden furniture and have your meals.

The house is 300 meters from the beaches of the basin, oyster huts where you can enjoy oysters. Walking distance from the house you can go shopping and stroll in the shops and finally ten minutes you will reach the beaches of the ocean for surfing, kiting or just swimming in the waves and basking on the beach.
By bike, you can reach the bike paths which will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks in the pine forest.
