At Villa Miramar we have sought to combine luxury with a high degree of comfort. Designed and furnished to the highest standard the villa is set over 3 floors, making it ideal for families seeking closeness without loss of privacy. The villa has 5 bedrooms and a study/6th bedroom with sofa bed. Each floor has two bedrooms, ensuring easy accessibility and suitability for all ages. All have uninterrupted views to Africa overlooking the Cabo de Plata, one of the most beautiful, unspoilt and secluded beaches on the Costa de la Luz. Every bedroom has a bath/shower ensuite, with an additional guest lavatory on the ground floor and a separate shower for the sauna which is on the garden level. In addition there is a well equipped, fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and large living/dining room with log fire and multi-lingual satellite TV/DVD/video, sound system and WiFi internet access. Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the villa ensure comfort year round. Books, DVDs for all ages and board games provide recreation for all.
Surrounding the villa there is a spacious, covered terrace with 180 degree unrestricted views of the ocean, where sightings of dolphins and whales are possible, and where, at the end of the day, over drinks or dinner, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets which frequently grace the bay. Another terrace serving the two top bedrooms offers further opportunity for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. Both terraces have comfortable seating and dining tables for your recreation.
Within the secluded, well maintained garden, there is an infinity swimming pool with separate outdoors jacuzzi, from which the beach – a leisurely 5 minute walk away – can be closely viewed. The rear garden has a vegetable garden for guests' use as well as a barbecue and swing, and provides, together with the wide, covered terrace, welcome shade on a hot summer’s day. The jacuzzi, sauna, bicycles and kayaks are available to our guests at a small additional charge. (Jakuzzi 220€/week, Sauna 90€/week, bikes or kayaks 80€/week/each.)
