You will find the charming Villa Nico just a short walk from the center of the popular Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen. The variety of facilities such as restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops and a beautiful sandy beach, make it perfect for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy their own pool. The villa is tastefully furnished and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, hair dryer). The interior is light and airy where you can sit back and enjoy the satellite TV and DVD player. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace bathed in the sun, with loungers to enjoy the Lanzarote sun throughout the year, where you can relax, read or take a siesta. The outdoor barbecue is designed to enjoy outdoor lunches or dinners with your loved ones on warm nights. The villa does not have private parking, however, it is in a very well connected area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, rent a bicycle or scooter, take the bus, taxi or rent a car if you wish.
This is a product especially intended for families. The rules of the house do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. A deposit of €500 will be requested before your arrival and will be returned upon departure once the conditions of the accommodation have been verified.
