This beautiful and newly built finca near the picturesque village of Caimari offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Surrounded by stunning nature at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, you'll experience a peaceful oasis here—away from mass tourism, yet well connected to charming villages and beautiful beaches.
The heart of the house is the rustic living and dining area, full of Mallorcan charm and equipped with every comfort. The separate kitchen, featuring a traditional stone façade, stays pleasantly cool in summer and retains warmth during the colder months. It is fully equipped and offers a spacious dining area, ideal for enjoyable meals.
The finca features a total of three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. Both rooms have access to a shared terrace overlooking the greenery and share a bathroom with a bathtub.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the large, well-kept garden with a prsaltwater pool—perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and an elegant Balinese daybed invite you to relax. A covered dining area with a large table and a barbecue makes the garden the perfect spot for warm summer evenings with family or friends. A third bathroom with a shower is also located outside.
All rooms, except the kitchen area, are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort even during the hottest months.

Location and Surroundings
The finca is located just 1 km from the charming village of Caimari, known for its traditional olive oil production and its location at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Every Monday, there’s a small and authentic weekly market offering local products. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks, hikes, and bike rides, such as along the historic Camí Vell de Lluc or to the spectacular viewpoint Mirador de Caimari.
Just 2.5 km away is Moscari, a quiet and typical Mallorcan village full of charm. In its narrow streets, you’ll experience the original Mallorca and enjoy complete relaxation.
Selva, 4 km away, is another gem in the region. Here you’ll find historic architecture, a weekly market on Wednesdays, as well as small cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Gothic parish church of Sant Llorenç and the baroque stone staircase Es Pontarró are popular photo spots and reflect the area’s cultural heritage.
Playa de Muro, ideal for families with its fine sand and shallow waters, is about a 25–30 minute drive away.
For nature lovers, there are also more secluded coves such as Cala Tuent or Sa Calobra, perfect for a day trip.
