Positive: as described. you are offered to use the room, bathroom, kitchen but only to sit there, not to use the kitchen facilities, like oven, cooker, washing mashine.

Negative: the owner was nice, but all our stay we felt uncomfortable. very high price for the stay. the first time we felt uncomfortable during the stay in our experience
