The house is a 15-minute walk from the village, with bakeries and charming restaurants. The beach is a 15-minute drive away. Granada is 40 minutes away. Malaga is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. It's close to the Mediterranean Sea and on the edge of the spectacular mountains of the UNESCO-listed Sierra Nevada National Park.
The Space
Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely, spacious pool area and garden with several terraces and a large 10 x 4 infinity pool with a stone BBQ area. The view from the pool area is stunning, overlooking the mountains and the Guadalfeo River valley. Every evening, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. Your only neighbors are tropical fruit orchards and the abundance of wild plants and flowers.
From three ground-floor bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a separate office space, you can step directly into your private swimming pool, complete with magical night lighting. Then you'll understand why your house is called Casa VerdeLuz.
Inside, the house features a spacious kitchen, modernized in 2025, with a cooking island and a living room with panoramic views, a dining area, a bar, and a cozy fireplace that opens directly onto the pool area. You also have a separate office space located directly by the pool. All bedrooms are quietly situated and equipped with air conditioning and sun blinds.
The house and terraces are designed to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living. While the house is fully equipped with every comfort, you'll still feel connected to the surrounding nature.
The pool, which is entirely yours for private use, is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and parasols.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with bed linens and bath towels.
The house has a separate office space with Wi-Fi, ideal for those working from home.
We will clean the pool at least once a week during your stay, ensuring your privacy is respected as much as possible.

Or... just relax on a terrace. Must-see Granada is a 40-minute drive away. The ski slopes of Sierra Nevada are an hour and fifteen minutes away.
The international airports of Granada and Malaga are easily accessible in 50 minutes and an hour and fifteen minutes, respectively.
