Summary: The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Denver Tech Center. Pros: The rental was clean and equipped with the basic items needed for cooking, bedding, towels, vacuum, etc…. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. Having the covered outdoor patio was a bonus and the washer and dryer were a plus too. Cons: The single garage entry is very narrow and the only way to get a vehicle in it is to back in. This is due to a row of garages too close directly on the other side of the alley. The living room could use a refresh on a quality sofa and chair and perhaps work to hide all of the cables under the tv. Although the rental specifically said no smoking, someone before us obviously did. There were areas that we could not get the smoke smell out (bathroom cabinets, vacuum closet, the stairway leading down to the garage.). Overall, the place was quiet but if you sat on the patio, the highway noise is very loud.
