Welcome to our charming, renovated weaver's cottage in the picturesque Franconian Forest, situated in the quiet, idyllic outskirts of Elbersreuth. Perched on a high plateau, 550-600 metres above sea level, our cosy home offers breathtaking views of the Franconian Forest mountains, including the "Döbra" as well as the Fichtelgebirge with the "Ochsenkopf" and "Schneeberg". It is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity in nature while enjoying the beauty of rural Franconia.
Inside, a cosy atmosphere awaits you, emphasised by a wood-burning stove that provides the whole house with cosy warmth. The accommodation is perfect for young and old, with a sleeping loft specially designed for children and enough space for up to 11 people. The eat-in kitchen not only serves as a social centre, but also as an additional sleeping area. Facilities include a walk-in shower/WC, an additional guest toilet on the upper floor and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen is obligatory and can be brought or rented in order to offer our guests the greatest possible comfort.
Outside, you can enjoy the rural idyll on the terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and a wood-fired grill for small campfires. The Weber cottage is virtually barrier-free and therefore easily accessible for wheelchair users. A small insulated log cabin serves as an additional bedroom and the proximity to the village playground makes it an ideal location for families.
