Our holiday apartment has been freshly renovated, modernised and completely refurnished. It is located on the ground floor and offers space for up to 2 people.
We have paid particular attention to relaxation and the feel-good effect.
The one-room apartment offers everything you need to relax and is furnished with Swiss stone pine wood so that you can really relax (the scent of Swiss stone pine has a relaxing and calming effect and saves the human heart about 1 hour of work per night).
When you step through the entrance door, you will be greeted in the hall by the scent of pine wood in a warm light.
On your right you will find a bathroom and toilet which we have designed in a special ambience.
On the left, you will find a large walk-in and illuminated rain shower with 4 different types of showers, many different lighting scenarios and above all a lot of space.
Straight ahead you enter the main room.
Here you will find a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a dining table and chairs.
A comfortable sofa set for quiet evenings by the fireplace, a large modern LED flat screen TV and a cosy stove.
The sleeping corner consists of an oversized Swiss stone pine bed with a length of 2.10 m and a width of 180 cm and also offers space for long legs. If required, the beds can also be separated and used as single beds.

We have installed numerous lighting sources in all rooms with which you can create the right atmosphere yourself, depending on your mood and needs.
On the accompanying balcony you will find garden furniture and parasols
Enjoy the impressive view of the Karwendel Mountains.
The home is quiet and yet centrally located. The town centre is only 10 minutes away on foot. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away on foot, and Aldi and Lidl are only 10 minutes away by car.
The ski and guest bus and the valley station of the Karwendelbahn are only 5 minutes away on foot.
The long-distance bus is an alternative to bus and train; the bus stop is only about 200 metres away,
