Unser gepflegtes Einfamilienhaus befindet sich im Zentrum des fränkischen Seenlandes in der Gemeinde Muhr am See, direkt am Altmühlsee. Dieses herrliche Feriengebiet mit 5 künstlich angelegten Seen bietet ideale Bedingungen für viele Wassersportarten wie Segeln, Surfen, Kiten, SUP-en sowie Baden und Angeln. Die ebenen Rad- und Wanderwege laden ein, die schöne Landschaft um die Seen zu erkunden. Die Gemeinde Muhr a. See bietet neben eigener Bahnstation eine gute Infrastruktur mit vielen Gaststätten, Cafe's, Bäckereien, u.v.m. Der Flughafen Nürnberg ist nur 45km von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Auch weitere Städte, wie Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Ansbach oder Nördlingen sind problemlos zu erreichen. Die 60qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines gepflegten Einfamilienhauses in Muhr am See mitten im Fränkischen Seenland. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett(mit Zustellbett für 2 Kinder), einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Essplatz sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt und bezogene Betten bei der Anreise sind bei uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Im Garten kann man gerne Frühstücken und die Liegewiese mit Grillmöglichkeit nutzen. Fahrräder können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden oder Ihre eigenen in einer abschließbaren Garage untergestellt werden. Parkplätze gibt es auch kostenlos vor dem Haus.
