Dear guests, our modern furnished vacation apartment is designed for 2 - 4 people and is located in the heart of Ruhpolding, yet it is quiet and away from street noise, so that nothing stands in the way of a restful night. The apartment is located on the second floor. From the spacious south-facing balcony, equipped with table and chairs, you have a beautiful view of our surrounding mountains. In summer, a table grill is ready for you. In total, the apartment has 65 square meters of living space. You will find peace and quiet in 2 separate bedrooms. There are shutters on the windows so that you can rest during the day and in the heat the sun's rays are kept away. In one bedroom there is a safe and first aid kit. The double beds have back-friendly mattresses (1.00 m x 2.00 m) and the second bedroom has 0.90 m x 2.00 m mattresses. There are spare towels in both rooms and wool blankets if it gets chilly. The wardrobes are plenty big, so you can store your clothes well. If needed, we can provide a travel cot for children. Our kitchen consists of a kitchenette with electric stove and oven, extractor fan, coffee maker with filter paper, water and egg boiler, toaster, pots and pans, plenty of dishes and with all the necessary cooking utensils, such as dish towels, detergent and cleaning items. Dining table with high chair for children if needed. For a cozy end of the day you can linger on the round couch, watch TV or listen to the radio. In addition, there is also a CD and DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and soap. Of course, hand and shower towels are ready for you. Also belongs to the apartment a parking space for your car and a ski storage room. Train and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity. In the evening you can stroll in our village on foot without the need for a car. Please understand that we do not accept pets. We look forward to welcoming you in our house.
