Direkt vor unserem Haus befindet sich der neu erweiterte 18 Loch-Golfplatz, auf welchem im Winter präparierte Langlaufloipen (klassisch und Skating) zum sporteln einladen! Rad- und Wanderwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Diverse Almhütten laden zum Verweilen ein und sind für jeden erreichbar. Das Ruhpoldinger Seengebiet bietet mit 3 Badeseen, eingebettet in das Ruhpoldinger Bergpanorama, für jede Wasserratte das passende Ambiente. Sollte das Wetter einmal nicht mitspielen kann im "Vita Alpina" überdachtes Bade- und Saunavergnügen genossen werden. Zum Ortszentrum sind es keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht mal 10 Minuten.

Des Weiteren gibt es eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche (Kochnische) und ein eigenes Bad (Dusche/WC). Das schöne und beliebte Appartement ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat durch die großen Panoramafenster einen phantastischen Aus- und Weitblick.
