Tradition and Modernity
Since May 2020 we've been offering a big (112 sqaure metres) Holiday flat / Apartment with 4 bedrooms in our traditional house „HEINTZ" (seit 1884), right in the centre of the city. After some basic renovations and modernisation the flat is re-glowing. In the sunside of Bad Königshofens city centre you can expect the following:
* spacious and rustic Rooms for up to 9 people (adults plus Kids)
* comfortable kitchen with rustic dining area and view to the City hall (mind the ringing bells a few times a day)
* huge Terrasse for relaxing
* Modern lighting (LED)
* Small City Feeling with rural Peace/tranquility
* Kids- hiker- and biker-friendly
Since 2021 we run the cafe, which can be found in the ground floor of the building. You could enjoy breakfast in a modernised traditional cafe/restaurant.

Check-in from 4-8 pm or you just call us in advance.
Check-out until 10 am; key can just be left on the table.
For other times just contact us and we will do our best to make it possible.
Keys will be handed over mostly personally during our opening times of the Café Heintz (ground floor). Therefore just let us know in advance when your arrival will be. Check-in / Check-out / Payment per card/ credit card in our café possible. If arrival is very early/late: we offer the key hand-over in our key-box, too, and will send you a brief introduction (video per WhatsApp).
When leaving you can just drop the keys in our café or leave it on the desk in the flat.
We don't allow pets, as of hygenic/allergic reasons.
We have additional baby beds for all flats and offer this free of charge, including bedding.
In Königshofen guests are charged 1,70 Euro/night for the 1st person, any additional person/child 1.40 Euro/night, for a stay of at least 2 nights. This needs to be paid best at the tourist agency (located in the Frankentherme - swimming pool). If that's not convenient for you it can be paid directly to us, too.
Our rate includes towels, bedding, water and energy.
