Über eine Außentreppe erreichen Sie den Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Ein neu renoviertes Bad mit Dusche, ein sehr großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und klappbarem Nebenbett und ein Balkon in südwestlichen Richtung geben Raum für erholsamen Schlaf und Entspannung. Der lichte Wohnraum, ebenfalls im Januar neu renoviert, mit moderner Einbauküche und Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierschrank usw. verfügt nochmal über einen Balkon, in der entgegengesetzten Richtung also südöstlich zum Park. Eine praktische Essecke und eine gemütliche Couch laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Couch kann bei Bedarf auch zum 1,40 m breitem Bett umfunktioniert werden. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1-3 Personen, ein Kinderbett für ganz kleine Gäste ist auch vorhanden.
