Welcome to the Ludwigshöhe! Our old villa is idyllically situated on a hill near the spa town of Isny in the Allgäu.
The spacious vacation apartment on the ground floor offers a stylish ambience with modern facilities.
The living room with oak parquet flooring and piano is a real gem. From here you can reach your personal garden area directly via the open staircase (terrace). There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as sleeping accommodation for 2 people if required.
The spacious and bright kitchen with a large 5-burner gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher offers everything you need to cook for several people.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with 2 beds. In the first bedroom there is a double bed 180x200, if required also a crib, in the second bedroom a double bed 140x200, the third has two single beds 90x200cm.
The modern bathroom with WC and underfloor heating has a floor-level shower and bathtub. An additional WC is available.
A crib and high chair are available for an extra charge of 20 euros.
There is a large selection of games for young and old in the apartment. There are also other toys for small children as well as books and DVDs for adults and children.
A family ski lift with ski school for the little ones is only 200 meters away, the entrance to the well-developed network of cross-country skiing and skating trails is directly behind our property.
In summer, the ski lift is transformed into a downhill bike park.
The surrounding area is rich in cycling and hiking trails as well as bathing lakes all the way to Lake Constance.
The idyllic forest swimming pool is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the large family playground.
Larger ski areas and opportunities for mountain hiking can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
