This is a comfortable, four-star holiday home with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
In addition there is a beautiful patio with large lawn.
The property is well-lit and very homely.
There are three seperate bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa bed - allowing two families to live in the same property if desired.
The owner lives on the ground floor, providing the entire first floor for the holidaymakers to relax and feel at home.
The kitchen is complete with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. In addition, there is a dining area for up to 8 guests! A bread roll service can be provided.
There are plenty of towels, kitchen towels and bed linen for usage if required.
Should there be any particular requests upon arrival, we will happily stock the fridge. Please call in advance.
There is a private patio with garden furniture and a large lawn for sunbathing or playing games with the children.
There is a parking available at the property and the garage can be used upon request.

A trail leads past the house that - in winter - would be ideal for holidaymakers who want to indulge in cross-country skiing.
There are fantastic bike routes, giving you great connections to Westallgäuer Käsestraße (a famous cheese-producing region) and the official Nordic-Aktiv-Zentrum (a renowned Nordic walking area) in Isny/Maierhöfen.
Ski lifts, ski schools and skiing equipment can all be purchased/rented nearby.
There are brilliant day trips and events in the local area too! Particularly notable is the Viehscheid (cattle drive) in mid-September, a three-day local festival with traditional bands to celebrate the march of young cattle through the region.
