Our 33 m² apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a multiparty house with elevator.
A 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, which is separated in a sleeping alcove, ensures a restful sleep.
If 2 more sleeping spaces are required, a 1.40 mx 2.00 m sofa bed is available. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available. Cot can be provided if required. Storage space is in the hallway with a 2 meter wardrobe.
You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, as well as fridge and freezer combination)
At the cozy dining area (extendable table) with 4 chairs you can enjoy your prepared dishes.
A flat screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. Of course you have free WIFI in the apartment.
The view into the green of the Rednitzauen in the middle of the city is unique.
