You can walk to the bakery, butcher, net, boat dock, car ferry and any inn in 2 minutes on foot. 2017 completely renovated and mostly newly furnished ground floor apartment consisting of kitchen with corner bench, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils, cozy living room with pull-out couch, rocking chair, books, games collection and satellite TV, bedroom with high quality mattress ( 160 x 200 cm), enough pillows and bed linen, bathrobes, wardrobe, valet, alarm clock, bathroom with shower, bathtub, towels, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, terrace with seating, garage for bicycles and parking space in front of the house. In the fridge you will find Bavarian beers, Austrian and German wines and mineral water at fair prices. Coffee, tea, cocoa, milk and a schnapps, a TV program and a current edition of the weekly newspaper "Die Zeit" are included with us. Our house is white-blue with a balcony on the Danube side, on the street side it is directly opposite the yellow pharmacy, via the stairs on the sidewalk you reach the garden gate at the entrance to Haus Örtl 7.
By train & bus: to Passau train station, then with bus line no. 6101 (Passau-Breitenberg) to Obernzell, stop at the railway station junction, 1 minute walk to the house towards the town center.
